Victorian International Academy offers six qualifications in hairdressing, barbering and individual support from Certificate II level through to Diploma in industries where there is a high demand for new employees.
Our qualifications are aimed at individuals who are entering the job market for the first time, those wanting to up-skill to secure a promotion, or update their skill set to take their career in an entirely new direction. We also provide professional development training for groups and individuals with a goal of increasing productivity, efficiency and refreshing skills.

Victorian International Academy is committed to providing quality training and assessment but we welcome the opportunity for students to raise any areas of inadequacy, so we can resolve them and improve our services. If you have an issue you would like to raise, please read over our policy to identify the next steps to take.
VIA COMPLAINTS FORM
If you have a concern regarding your training, a staff member or another student that you would like to raise, please use the VIA Complaints Form to outline your concern.
VIA CREDIT TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM
Victorian International Academy recognises that students may have completed previous training that can contribute to the course they wish to enrol into. To have your previous training credits assessed, please complete our Credit Transfer Application Form.
VIA REFUND APPLICATION FORM
VIA students may be entitled to a refund under certain circumstances, please complete our form so your application can be processed.
VIA STUDENT WITHDRAWAL FORM
VIA understand that things can change, if you would like to withdraw from one of our courses, please complete this form.
