Victorian International Academy offers five qualifications in hairdressing and barbering from Certificate II level through to Diploma, and three qualifications in cookery and hospitality management for our International students to choose from. Our qualifications are aimed at individuals who are entering the job market for the first time, those wanting to upskill to secure a promotion, or update their skill set to take their career in an entirely new direction.
Since 2014 VIA has been providing training to International Students and with almost ten years of experience as a Registered Training Organisation delivering Nationally Recognised Qualifications, VIA is committed to helping you take the next step in your career.

Victorian International Academy is committed to providing quality training and assessment but we welcome the opportunity for students to raise any areas of inadequacy, so we can resolve them and improve our services. If you have an issue you would like to raise, please read over our policy to identify the next steps to take.
VIA COMPLAINTS FORM
If you have a concern regarding your training, a staff member or another student that you would like to raise, please use the VIA Complaints Form to outline your concern.
VIA CREDIT TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM
Victorian International Academy recognises that students may have completed previous training that can contribute to the course they wish to enrol into. To have your previous training credits assessed, please complete our Credit Transfer Application Form.
VIA REFUND APPLICATION FORM
VIA students may be entitled to a refund under certain circumstances, please complete our form so your application can be processed.
VIA STUDENT WITHDRAWAL FORM
VIA understand that things can change, if you would like to withdraw from one of our courses, please complete this form.
